From the regional base in Miami, Stephens Rickard is well placed to extend its ability serve established and prospective clients in the US, Canada, and Bermuda, as well as its international clientele with North American interests.
Going far beyond standard search and recruitment practices, Stephens Rickard also offers market talent analysis, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion reports, amongst other ancillary services. These services will continue to grow alongside core executive search practice as expansion continues in the US, the world’s largest mature (Re)Insurance market, and beyond.
At Stephens Rickard we are in a unique position, as an Executive Search firm, to leverage our experience, networks, and reputation to influence change at Board level in providing fair representation and opportunities to all.
Since inception, Stephens Rickard has been active in North America and Bermuda; developing a strong technical understanding of the local markets and completing a number of successful mandates. However, the launch in 2022 of the North American operation allows Stephens Rickard to leverage the growing interconnectivity of business across global geographies to facilitate growth for our clients.
Appointments include C-suite roles and Non-Executive Directors, as well as technical appointments at and just below Executive level. We also assist clients with small business and team acquisitions, in addition to capacity and capital solutions.
