David has over 25 years’ experience of recruiting executives into the (Re)Insurance industry. Following three years working as a broker, David entered the recruitment sector and in 1996 co-founded Mansion House Executive, a boutique executive search firm focused on the Insurance industry. David joined Stephens Rickard from Norman Broadbent Group in 2020 and his focus is on the Retail Insurance market in the UK and Europe. David has completed search mandates for insurers, brokers and suppliers to the sector, overseeing Board, C-Suite and senior leadership appointments across all functions.
