Stephens Rickard

Mandy has a background in both the insurance (she worked for Sedgwick) and Property markets and brings with her over 15 years of experience gained within high value sales and advisory environments.  She brings exemplary organisational and communication skills which are invaluable to our business. Her role as Head of Operations involves responsibility for co-ordinating searches, arranging meetings and interviews and running consultant’s schedules. In addition Mandy is responsible for the production of detailed search briefing notes and the day to day running of the office.
